Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance business development and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and support methodology
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and identify opportunities for growth and partnership
  • Implement strategic initiatives for product cross-selling and manage proprietary software tools to achieve metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise customer account management
  • Experience selling Cloud Communications, SD-WAN, Security, and Managed Services
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and general computer software
  • Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with customers
