Key Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues raised by Affiliate Partners and customers
- Collaborate with Account and Program Staff to provide updates on escalations and ensure stakeholder communication
- Maintain a tracking system for escalations and create service tickets for accurate documentation and resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conflict resolution or escalations management
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze escalations
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work within a cross-functional team environment
