Job Summary

A company is looking for a Materials Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturers pursuing Declare labels
• Review and ensure adherence to Declare program requirements for submitted documentation
• Maintain the database of Declare labels and support sales efforts for Living Future programs

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in sustainability certifications
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inquiries and data entry
• Knowledge of product sustainability issues and trends
• Experience with sales, business development, or outreach
• Familiarity with project management tools and Google Workspace
