Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a network of AI champions and productivity power users across departments
  • Develop and implement persona-based training strategies and expand self-service learning experiences
  • Drive adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through targeted campaigns and collaboration with business units
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years' experience in community management, digital adoption, or change enablement
  • Experience with digital or AI-powered productivity tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • Alternative: Equivalent practical experience in community building, digital enablement, or AI adoption
