A company is looking for a Community Manager, (AI Productivity).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a network of AI champions and productivity power users across departments
- Develop and implement persona-based training strategies and expand self-service learning experiences
- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through targeted campaigns and collaboration with business units
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in community management, digital adoption, or change enablement
- Experience with digital or AI-powered productivity tools, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
- Alternative: Equivalent practical experience in community building, digital enablement, or AI adoption
