Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and third parties, overseeing provider education and communication of network information
• Process provider demographic updates and resolve complex data issues, ensuring accuracy across systems
• Respond to inquiries regarding network status and data management, maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with dental provider networks, clearinghouses, and vendors
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate provider data, including names, addresses, and tax identification numbers
• Experience in developing training for claims staff and assisting with legal proceedings
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant regulations
• Access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
