Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker - LICSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and support for the behavioral health needs of patients on an assigned caseload
• Utilize evidence-based models to deliver brief treatment for common mental health issues and consult with group residences
• Document patient encounters and facilitate treatment plan changes based on patient progress and needs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Current Rhode Island state LICSW or eligibility within 60 days of employment
• 2+ years of prior healthcare/behavioral health experience
• Geriatric care experience is highly desired
• Proficient in computer skills, including EMR experience
