Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product, preferably in HR, Payroll, or Finance
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in clearly conveying complex ideas and data to customers and team members
- High attention to detail in designing effective onboarding plans and schedules
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment
