Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to ensure collection of expected payments and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and timely according to productivity and quality standards
• Contact payers to facilitate timely resolution of accounts and educate patients on their financial liabilities

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office setting
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience in insurance follow-up and coordination of benefits
• Familiarity with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or comparable software
