Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalized service to Focus Members while confirming and supporting upcoming rides
- Monitor the Focus Member Dashboard for key metrics and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with Routing, Network, and Member Services teams to resolve issues and enhance member experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in member interactions
- Experience in customer service or member services
- Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools is preferred
