  • Collaborate with Routing, Network, and Member Services teams to resolve issues and enhance member experience
Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in member interactions
  • Experience in customer service or member services
  • Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools is preferred
