A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their global IT Help Desk team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software
- Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolution
- Participate in rotating shifts and remote on-call schedules as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Systems Engineering preferred
- At least 2 years of help desk support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and O365 Administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues
- Knowledge of basic networking and remote desktop support tools
