Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a Salesforce Admin, Customer Support, or Consultancy role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, dashboards)
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem resolution
