Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide timely and empathetic support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve incoming customer queries via various channels
  • Troubleshoot product and service-related issues and escalate as necessary
  • Perform routine Salesforce and Precursive configuration and assist with customization tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Salesforce Admin, Customer Support, or Consultancy role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, dashboards)
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem resolution
