A company is looking for a Tech and Onboarding Specialist interested in building a global safety net.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via chat or email
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond first-line support
- Handle operational tasks including data entry and Jira ticket management
Required Qualifications
- Experience with debugging issues, Jira, SQL, and Postman
- Availability for 30+ hours a week, including weekends
- Extra preference for experience with Intercom, customer service, or healthcare
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
