Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech and Onboarding Specialist interested in building a global safety net.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via chat or email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond first-line support
  • Handle operational tasks including data entry and Jira ticket management
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with debugging issues, Jira, SQL, and Postman
  • Availability for 30+ hours a week, including weekends
  • Extra preference for experience with Intercom, customer service, or healthcare
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
