A company is looking for an Ecommerce Customer Experience Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer-facing FAQs and internal help center content
- Assist with backend corporate queue workflows and draft internal announcements
- Support the development of training materials and assist in onboarding new representatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Approximately 5 years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, or operations
- Genuine passion for helping customers
- Experience in managing knowledge-based functions
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
