Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead to oversee and guide team members in completing work-specific activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and provide direction and training to team members
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and ensure timely completion of invoices
• Maintain strong customer service and address any performance issues within the team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of business experience, with 1 year in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment
• Ability to train and motivate team members for optimal productivity
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
