A company is looking for a Technical Implementation Lead who will manage customer onboarding and support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding, launch, and post-launch support
- Assist customers in setting up templated configurations and eventually support customized implementations
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business software or digital healthcare
- Experience in an early-stage startup or organization utilizing SCRUM or Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of webhook configuration, REST APIs, and related tools
- Experience complying with HIPAA requirements
