Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Software Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support for issues related to the use of medical software
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and guide customers through solutions
- Document information in the tracking system and update clients on resolution progress
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields
- One to two years of progressively responsible experience in a customer service environment
- Experience supporting PCs in a LAN environment is a plus
- Educational backgrounds can range from high school graduates to those with advanced degrees
- Experience or training in relevant fields is helpful but not mandatory
