Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Phone Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of patient and non-patient care equipment/applications
- Provide basic technical in-service education for staff and assist in equipment installations
- Manage inventory levels for equipment/parts and document department inventory
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift/carry up to 35 lbs and stand/walk continuously
- Must have reliable personal transportation for daily trips between facilities
- Must meet Defensive Driving Class and Motor Vehicle Report screening for driving company vehicles
- Experience in technical support or related field is preferred
