Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Health Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with understanding their Medicare coverage and selecting appropriate products and services
• Handle mostly inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
• Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products or services as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Current Health Insurance License in the state of residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six months of sales experience
