Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Packaging Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify packaging for innovation and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with requirements
• Build and execute test plans to validate packaging performance throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to troubleshoot packaging issues and improve supply chain performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of relevant industry experience in CPG, VMS, or Pharmaceutical packaging development
• Strong technical understanding of rigid and flexible packaging formats
• Experience in creating and executing qualification test plans for packaging components
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage timelines across multiple priorities
