Key Responsibilities

• Review prior authorizations and make coverage determinations based on clinical criteria
• Consult with healthcare providers to clarify clinical questions and provide decisions on prior authorization requests
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to offer clinical insights on medication usage and alternatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy; Active State Pharmacist License
• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
• Own home internet access and secure workspace with PC proficiency
