Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to serve existing members and procure new members through the origination of real estate loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with potential borrowers and develop a book of business through leads
• Prequalify applicants and recommend suitable loan products based on their needs
• Field underwrite applications and ensure timely communication of requirements to applicants and support partners

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Loan Origination with a proven history of production exceeding $18 million
• Must be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS
• Experience with loan pricing and familiarity with FHA and VA origination is a plus
• Knowledge of mortgage products and relevant regulations is necessary
