A company is looking for a TikTok Shop Creator Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator acquisition and retention system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own creator acquisition strategy for TikTok Shops, building a network of creators to drive revenue
- Grow partnerships with TikTok Agency Partners and creator agencies for scalable deal flow and performance
- Manage creator pipelines from outreach to performance feedback, ensuring consistent revenue generation
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, specifically with TikTok Shops or affiliate programs
- Direct experience with TikTok Agency Partners and managing creator agency relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of performance-based compensation models
- Proven track record of managing 50+ creators simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating ROI and performance metrics from creator campaigns
