Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Loss Settlement Supervisor to lead and mentor a team in managing total loss claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of claims and drive adjuster results to meet client KPIs
• Provide coaching, training, and manage HR-related tasks for team development
• Compile and analyze reports on team performance and manage customer escalations

Required Qualifications:

• Current leadership experience in total loss settlements with an insurance carrier
• 2-5 years of experience in Auto Total Loss Settlement within the Insurance Industry
• 1+ year of proven results in Total Loss Settlement team leadership
• Extensive knowledge of automobile total loss processes and estimating platforms
• Thorough understanding of automobile terminology and vehicle construction
