Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for global benefits and leave of absence administration
- Collaborate with benefits vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and positive employee experiences
- Enhance the global leave of absence process through improvements, automation, and compliance efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration and leave of absence management in the USA, Germany, and core EU countries
- High degree of personal accountability for data accuracy and ability to manage tasks autonomously
- Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and workflow automation
- Ability to use HRIS/benefits platforms
- Passion for the Total Rewards field and willingness to learn about compensation and equity principles
