U.S. Immigration Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Immigration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and strategy for immigration processes from initial consultation to petition filing
• Review and approve submissions prepared by Immigration Specialists and guide them in their roles
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on immigration laws and best practices

Required Qualifications

• JD and admission to any U.S. state bar
• 3-5 years of U.S. business immigration experience, focusing on high-volume filings
• Experience in preparing and filing H1B and L1 petitions for corporate clients
• Ability to manage the PERM Labor Certification process and related applications
• Proficiency in technology and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
