Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client service delivery and strategic planning, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance
• Manage and lead the Client Success team, fostering relationships with health systems and provider partners
• Implement KPIs and maintain policies focused on client retention, growth, and overall satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Healthcare, business, or related fields
• At least ten years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare
• A minimum of seven years in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and healthcare regulations
