Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with small and medium-sized customer accounts through proactive outreach
- Manage contract renewals and lead negotiations for approximately 150 accounts
- Conduct business reviews, demonstrations, and trainings to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of quota-carrying inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience with outbound sales motions and full-cycle sales preferred
- Ability to manage projects with input from cross-functional teams
- Experience in a SaaS environment or the construction industry preferred
- Metrics-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
