Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Managers and a Sales Enablement Manager to maximize performance and build a results-driven sales culture
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide actionable reports for strategic decision-making
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to design and execute strategic sales plans for new opportunities and growth
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in sales and revenue generation in a leadership role
- 10+ years of experience managing a team of sales leaders with a focus on revenue performance
- 5+ years of understanding of the digital marketing landscape and related analytics
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or finance is preferred
