Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
- Utilize various sourcing tools to identify and attract potential candidates while documenting all activity in the applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain a network of candidates and report on sourcing trends to make data-driven recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare-related environments
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google applications
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
