Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
• Utilize various sourcing tools to identify and attract potential candidates while documenting all activity in the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a network of candidates and report on sourcing trends to make data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare-related environments
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google applications
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
