Weekend Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask while communicating on the phone and taking notes
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Successful completion of the new hire training program
