Workforce Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst (REMOTE).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and deliver workforce analytics and reporting by integrating data from multiple systems to track headcount movements
• Maintain and improve labor standards ensuring data compliance and accuracy in workforce planning processes
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to automate reporting workflows and optimize the delivery of workforce insights

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in retail or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of retail store systems, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and innovative critical thinking abilities
