Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst (REMOTE).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics and reporting by integrating data from multiple systems to track headcount movements
- Maintain and improve labor standards ensuring data compliance and accuracy in workforce planning processes
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to automate reporting workflows and optimize the delivery of workforce insights
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of two years in retail or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of retail store systems, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and innovative critical thinking abilities
