Key Responsibilities
- Navigate patients through the continuum of care and coordinate appointments and services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring proper tracking of leads
- Develop relationships with key customers and follow up with patients as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience required
- High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Healthcare experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and managed care, strongly preferred
- Ability to use general office equipment, including a multi-line telephone system
- Understanding of insurance plans and financial assistance programs is beneficial
