A company is looking for an Access Center Navigator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate patients through the continuum of care and coordinate appointments and services
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring proper tracking of leads
  • Develop relationships with key customers and follow up with patients as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience required
  • High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and managed care, strongly preferred
  • Ability to use general office equipment, including a multi-line telephone system
  • Understanding of insurance plans and financial assistance programs is beneficial
