Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities for key accounts
- Perform account research, mapping, and planning to understand organizational design and strategic priorities
- Execute account retention and expansion plans while building relationships with key account stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in tech/services sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong business acumen and a self-driven, resilient mindset
- Ability to negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Suite)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within existing customers
