Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on sales onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires
- Standardize key stages of the sales cycle to enhance sales process execution
- Deliver training and coaching programs to improve seller performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or related role in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales and needs of quota-carrying AEs
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Deep empathy for sellers and a passion for their success
- Experience with modern enablement tools and familiarity with sales methodologies
