Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager for Private Client services, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and collaborate with internal teams
- Build and maintain client relationships while addressing insurance inquiries and processing policy changes
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely invoicing for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance within a brokerage environment
- Experience with surplus lines insurance and working with major carriers such as AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, or PURE
- Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in a remote work setting and capability to support multiple producers or account executives
