Account Manager Private Client

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager for Private Client services, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned client accounts and collaborate with internal teams
• Build and maintain client relationships while addressing insurance inquiries and processing policy changes
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely invoicing for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance within a brokerage environment
• Experience with surplus lines insurance and working with major carriers such as AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, or PURE
• Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client needs in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in a remote work setting and capability to support multiple producers or account executives
