About the position
Responsibilities
• Introduce small and medium business customers to high-tech 5G products and services.
• Interact with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrate the value of products and services by providing end-to-end technology solutions.
• Drive small business results through the retail channel by mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
• Grow customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.
• Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems.
• Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
• Service the needs of the existing customer base.
• Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-haves
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or related certifications/college courses.
• Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.
• Wireless sales experience exceeding quota.
• Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.
• Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.
• Strong people skills for influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution.
