Arizona Licensed Inside Sales Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Inside Sales (Remote) professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales performance standards and assist in achieving team membership goals
• Manage the Inside Sales team in the Supervisor's absence, including training, compliance, and development
• Assist in designing processes for inside advisor roles and complete required reports on time

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of call center/sales experience in insurance, HMO, healthcare, or senior services
• Prior successful Inside/Telesales experience
• Some college education preferred
• 1 year of team lead experience preferred, especially in Medicare Sales
