Associate Director, Field Effectiveness

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness in the Rare Disease & Cardiometabolic sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand strategy and enhance field sales effectiveness
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
• Manage strategic relationships with customers and prepare materials for internal and external engagements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in field sales and home office roles
• Knowledge of Rare Disease with launch experience preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and communicate with senior executives
