Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation & IT Solutions Specialist to build tools and automations for internal use and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automations using low/no-code tools and design internal apps
• Partner with clients to understand their technology needs and document workflows
• Serve as an escalation point for complex support issues and ensure help desk efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong technical knowledge of computers, devices, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with no/low-code automation tools
• Experience with no-code app builders
• Basic coding ability for maintaining and extending internal/client apps
