Bilingual Medication Therapy Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Representative, Medication Therapy Management Services (Remote)(Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
• Enforce HIPAA compliance and provide clerical support to pharmacists and technicians
• Communicate Medicare and Medicaid plan benefits to members and assist with medication reviews

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Ability to work independently on special projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Bilingual preferred
