A company is looking for a Bilingual Payment Solutions Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and sign prospective partners to the Payments Platform, providing training and ongoing support
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify suitable contractors for the Payments Platform and ensure their success
• Innovate sales processes and provide feedback to enhance the initiative within the company

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 4 years of experience in home improvement
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with the ability to work with minimal supervision
