Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans
  • Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and confirming member eligibility
  • Handling member inquiries and concerns while collaborating with internal departments to address issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines preferred
  • Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits is a plus
  • Fluency in languages in addition to English is a plus
