Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans
- Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and confirming member eligibility
- Handling member inquiries and concerns while collaborating with internal departments to address issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits is a plus
- Fluency in languages in addition to English is a plus
