Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (Inside Sales Associate).

Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
• Manage named direct and indirect accounts by building relationships and creating brand awareness
• Communicate proactively with customers to understand their needs and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience in Pro AV or IT industry highly preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks and navigate stressful situations
• Aptitude for maximizing call time and personalizing follow-up communications
• Comfortable working remotely from a home office
