Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Business Development Representative (Work From Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and proactively pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Qualify leads, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
• Track interactions in the CRM system and contribute to performance reports for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of the B2B/professional services market or willingness to learn
• A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking processes
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
• Comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach
