Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Clinic Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Assistants and/or Registered Nurses to provide care to telemedicine patients
• Optimize clinic workflows and procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance with regulations
• Oversee daily operations of the virtual clinic, including patient flow and team scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with preference for candidates holding a compact license and additional state licenses
• 1-3 years of experience in leading a medical clinic team is preferred
• Familiarity with addiction treatment programs is preferred
• Experience with various computer applications and a tech-savvy background
• Flexible and curious about solutions in the tech/healthcare industry
