Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain executive relationships with mid-market enterprise customers to influence their technology and business decisions
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to identify and maximize business growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
- Experience in people management, team leadership, mentorship, and coaching
- Experience in building partnerships and engaging with accounts at C-level
- Proven ability to manage complex business cycles and negotiate terms with executives
