Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of software solutions and ability to identify customer needs
- Experience in account management with a focus on customer success and renewals
- Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends to drive business opportunities
- Ability to communicate effectively in the native language of the assigned territory
