Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to serve as a strategic and operational partner to the VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales to translate business objectives into actionable operational plans
- Design and deliver enablement programs and resources to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
- Lead high-priority projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate priorities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, business operations, or leadership support roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales productivity tools
- MBA or advanced degree in business, strategy, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
