Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and design the Sales Incentive Plan, including growth tiers and complex data modeling
- Perform root cause analysis for data issues and assist with data requirements for SIP processing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical support and deliver reports for sales incentive contests
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience with Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
- Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and governance practices
- Strong proficiency in Excel and complex data modeling
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in conducting impact analyses and providing recommendations
