Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients to assess fit and provide information about therapy
- Manage patient intake communications and schedule consultations via phone and text
- Maintain patient records in CRM, monitor engagement metrics, and propose process updates as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
- Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care
- Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
