Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients to assess fit and provide information about therapy
  • Manage patient intake communications and schedule consultations via phone and text
  • Maintain patient records in CRM, monitor engagement metrics, and propose process updates as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
  • Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
